• Navigate proprietary software to retrieve information
• Assist with setting up and tracking orders

Customer Service Representative qualifications:

• MS Office proficiency required. 
• 3-5 years of call center or related field. 
• Attention to detail.

Customer Service Representative Shift: 

• M-F / 1st Shift.
