What You’ll Be Doing

• Perform MIG, TIG, and SMAW welding on metal components
• Read and interpret blueprints, work orders, and welding symbols
• Set up welding equipment and adjust settings as needed
• Inspect completed welds to ensure quality and accuracy
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Follow safety guidelines and company procedures

Requirements

• Previous MIG, TIG, and/or SMAW welding experience
• Ability to read blueprints and welding specifications
• Knowledge of welding tools, materials, and techniques
• Strong attention to detail and quality standards
• Ability to follow instructions and work independently or as part of a team
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
