Quality Technician

Location: East Metro
Schedule: Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
Pay Rate: $19–$22/hour (DOE)
Job Type: Full-Time | Non-Entry Level

 

Express Employment Professionals is partnering with a growing manufacturing company in to find an experienced, detail-driven Production Support Specialist. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, adapts quickly to change, and confidently juggles multiple priorities.

This is not an entry-level position. Prior manufacturing experience is strongly preferred.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure correct and accurate labels are applied to all packages

• Maintain zero production inconsistencies with job specifications

• Review and follow job tickets, including special instructions and notes

• Communicate finishing challenges or specification discrepancies to the Lead

• Update job tickets via CSR when production plan changes occur

• Provide customers with required quality documentation (FAIs, COCs, etc.)

• Pull, stage, and put away stock as needed

• Verify parts meet all customer and quality specifications

• Close out jobs promptly to support production efficiency

• Assist with finishing operations as needed

Qualifications

• Manufacturing experience preferred (non-entry level role)

• Strong judgment related to quality control standards

• Exceptional attention to detail

• Proven ability to multitask and manage multiple jobs simultaneously

• Strong time management and prioritization skills

• Adaptable to changing schedules and production demands

• Solid problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities

• Comfortable working independently with confidence

• Clear, professional, and tactful communication skills

• Reliable, patient, and professional demeanor

• Strong computer skills required

Preferred (Huge Plus)

• NetSuite ERP experience

• ISO and/or Lean manufacturing experience
