We are seeking a reliable and hardworking General Laborer to join our painting crew. This role supports the painting team by preparing job sites, assisting with materials, and ensuring projects run smoothly and safely. Ideal candidates are punctual, physically fit, and eager to learn the trade.

• Assist with surface preparation including scraping, sanding, masking, and cleaning

• Set up and break down ladders, scaffolding, and other equipment

• Load and unload tools, paint, and supplies

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of job sites

• Follow safety protocols and wear appropriate PPE

• Support painters with tasks such as taping, covering furniture, and moving materials

• Perform minor repairs or patchwork as needed

• Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors
