3rd Shift Quality Control Technician

Located in Franklin, IN

Salary: $18.90/hr

Quality Control Technician          

Small plastic production facility in Franklin, hiring for quality department in lab.

Pay/Benefits:

• $18.90/hr

Schedule: (lunch: 1/2 hr unpaid, with two 15min paid breaks)

• 1st shift, Monday-Friday, 7:30 AM to 4 PM
• 2nd shift, Monday-Friday, 3:00 PM to 12 AM
• 3rd shift,  Monday-Friday, 11:30 PM to 8:00 AM

Company Info:

• Production facility manufactures plastic pellets
• Quality position will work in temp controlled lab environment
• Benefits available immediately at conversion!

Job Duties:

• Associates will be working in small lab conducting tests on materials and finished products to ensure they meet quality standards
• Will follow, maintain and report quality processes and data findings
• Assist production team

Requirements:

• Heavy lifting up to 70lbs & Occasional climbing or crawling
• Must have previous lab or quality experience in a production environment
• Must be able to use computers and be proficient in Microsoft Excel
• Must be able to differentiate color
• Ability to work independently
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage time efficiently to meet deadlines.
• Ability to be self-motivated and maintain productivity without direct supervision.
