Salary: $24 hour
Assistant Plant Manager
Pay: $25/hour
Responsibilities:• Coordinate daily precast production schedules• Supervise production leads and hourly employees• Troubleshoot production and equipment issues• Ensure quality standards, safety policies, and OSHA compliance• Support training, performance, and attendance accountability• Manage material flow, inventory usage, and plant organization• Communicate maintenance needs and support preventative programs• Assist Plant Manager with reporting and continuous improvement
Requirements:• 3–5 years of supervisory experience in manufacturing or construction• Precast concrete or similar industrial experience preferred• Comfortable using digital systems, spreadsheets, and production software
Physical Requirements:• Standing, walking, bending, and lifting up to 50 lbs regularly
