Job Summary

We are seeking a reliable and customer-focused Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys helping customers, is comfortable working on a computer, and has strong communication skills. Phone-based customer service experience is a plus, though in-person experience is also welcome.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service by answering questions and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner

• Handle customer interactions primarily by phone; some in-person or electronic communication may be required

• Accurately enter customer information into computer systems

• Maintain a positive, helpful attitude while assisting customers

• Follow company procedures and service standards

Qualifications

• Previous customer service experience required

• Strong computer and typing skills

• Comfortable speaking with customers over the phone

• Phone-based customer service experience preferred, but not required

• Clear communication skills and attention to detail

• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
