We are seeking a reliable and customer-focused Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys helping customers, is comfortable working on a computer, and has strong communication skills. Phone-based customer service experience is a plus, though in-person experience is also welcome.
Provide excellent customer service by answering questions and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
Handle customer interactions primarily by phone; some in-person or electronic communication may be required
Accurately enter customer information into computer systems
Maintain a positive, helpful attitude while assisting customers
Follow company procedures and service standards
Previous customer service experience required
Strong computer and typing skills
Comfortable speaking with customers over the phone
Phone-based customer service experience preferred, but not required
Clear communication skills and attention to detail
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
