Shift:1st M-F 8am-5pm
Pay:$75-100k Negotiable
Where: East side of Indianapolis
Direct Hire

 

Duties:

• Prepare accurate and detailed construction cost estimates to ensure profitable projects.
• Analyze plans, specifications, and bid documents to determine labor, material, and subcontractor costs.
• Support project awards by evaluating pricing, margins, and timelines for design/build and tenant finish projects.

Qualifications:

• Construction estimating and cost analysis
• Ability to read and interpret plans, specifications, and bid documents
• Strong analytical, math, and attention-to-detail skills
