Duties:
- Load and unload construction materials, tools, and equipment.
- Assist with spreading, leveling, and compacting asphalt using hand tools.
- Operate basic equipment such as shovels, rakes, and wheelbarrows.
- Maintain a clean work area around paving machines and trucks.
- Clean and prepare construction sites by removing debris and obstacles.
Requirements:
- Ability to lift 50-75 lbs and perform repetitive tasks such as bending, kneeling, and standing for long periods.
- Comfortable working in outdoor environments, including extreme heat or cold.
- Previous experience in construction or paving is preferred but not required.
- Familiarity with basic hand tools and safety procedures.
- Outdoor construction sites with exposure to varying weather conditions.
