Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Welder II to join our production team. This role is responsible for performing high-quality welds while following established welding procedures, safety standards, and certification requirements. The ideal candidate has proven welding experience, strong attention to detail, and the ability to pass required weld qualification tests.

Shift Availability:

• A-Shift: 6:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m., Monday–Thursday (built-in overtime)

• B-Shift: 6:00 p.m. – 6:00 a.m., Monday–Thursday (built-in overtime)

• C-Shift: 6:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m., Friday–Sunday, with opportunities for overtime on A-Shift (Monday–Friday)

Pay Rate:

• $21–$22 per hour, based on experience

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform welding operations in accordance with company procedures and quality standards

• Successfully complete and pass required weld qualification test(s)

• Read, interpret, and follow weld training, blueprints, and certification documentation

• Inspect completed welds to ensure accuracy and quality

• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work area

• Follow all safety policies and OSHA regulations

• Work collaboratively with supervisors and team members to meet production goals
