Job Summary:
We are seeking a reliable and safety-focused Heavy Machine Operator to join our team. This position is responsible for operating various types of heavy equipment to support daily operations while maintaining a safe and productive work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate heavy machinery including forklifts, telehandlers, man lifts, and skid steers

• Safely move, load, unload, and position materials as needed

• Perform daily equipment inspections and report any maintenance or safety concerns

• Follow all company safety policies and OSHA regulations

• Assist with general labor duties when equipment operation is not required

• Maintain a clean and organized work area

• Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members

Qualifications:

• Previous experience operating heavy equipment (forklift, telehandler, man lift, skid steer)

• Valid certification(s) preferred or ability to obtain certification

• Strong understanding of job site safety procedures

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

• Dependable, punctual, and detail-oriented

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in various weather conditions (if applicable)
