About the Role:
This is a working foreman-in-training position for someone ready to step into leadership. You’ll be trained to lead a small installation crew while remaining hands-on in the field. This role is customer-facing and ideal for someone with construction or fencing experience who’s looking to grow into a leadership role.

Fence or chain link experience is preferred but not required — candidates with strong construction aptitude, reliability, and growth potential will be considered.

Job Duties

• Install fencing while leading a crew (typically a 2-person team)

• Communicate professionally with customers on job sites

• Support and guide crew members to complete jobs efficiently and safely

• Learn job planning, material coordination, and crew leadership

• Assist with scheduling and execution of field projects

• Maintain quality workmanship and safety standards

• Travel to job sites and stay out of town as required

Requirements

• Construction or installation experience preferred (fencing a plus, chain link not required)

• Experience working with or leading a construction crew preferred

• Strong communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills

• Personable, professional, and customer-focused

• Ability to work outdoors and lift 35–50 lbs regularly

• Willingness to travel and stay out of town 1–4 days per week (typically Monday–Friday)

• Occasional weekend work may be required during busy seasons

• Reliable, motivated, and eager to grow into a leadership role
