Position: Quality Assurance Manager
Pay: $110,000–$125,000 annually
Location: Simi Valley, CA

Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Quality Assurance Manager to oversee and maintain the Quality Management System for a medical device manufacturer. This role requires hands-on ISO 13485 experience and prior work within the medical device industry. Candidates without medical device manufacturing experience will not be considered.

Key Responsibilities & Requirements:

• Extensive experience managing a Quality Management System (QMS) for a medical device manufacturer

• Proven experience with ISO 13485 compliance (required)

• Ability to communicate clearly and professionally in English

• Adherence to company rules, regulations, and quality standards

• Consistently meets pre-determined deadlines

• Strong organizational skills with the ability to prepare documents, forms, reports, and correspondence

• Professional, friendly, and problem-solving mindset with a customer-focused approach

• Strong team player who collaborates effectively to meet company goals

• Ability to work effectively with minimal supervision

Qualifications:

• High school diploma required

• Minimum of 5 years of related quality or regulatory experience, or equivalent experience

• Previous experience working for a medical device manufacturer is required to be seriously considered
