Pre-Delivery Service Specialist

Express Employment Professionals is seeking applicants for a Pre-Delivery Service Specialist position for a local Greenville, Tx company! We are a full-service Staffing Firm where we work with companies in East Texas that have full-time, part-time and temporary. Since we cannot guarantee placement, there is no fee for using our services!

In this role, you will:

• Complete the Pre-Delivery Inspection (PDI) process on new and used powersports vehicles
• Perform vehicle detailing to prepare units for the sales floor, customer delivery, and lot presentation
• Conduct light maintenance work as needed
• Receive all incoming vehicles and accurately enter vehicle information into ADP Lightspeed
• Complete PDI check sheets according to model-specific specifications
• Ensure proper quality control checks are completed prior to delivery
• Coordinate with the Sales Department to support timely and accurate vehicle readiness
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
• Support and encourage a results-driven, values-based sales and service culture
• Communicate professionally and courteously with team members and customers

We like to hear from candidates with the following:

• Must have Valid DL!
• Knowledge and experience on ATV's is a plus!
• Attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
• Ability to follow inspection checklists and procedures accurately
• Basic mechanical or maintenance knowledge is a plus
• Experience with vehicle detailing preferred
• Strong professional communication skills with tact and courtesy
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Reliability, punctuality, and a positive work ethic
