Lawn Maintenance Technician Location: Alexandria, La Schedule: Monday–Friday, 6:45 AM to 5:00 PM Pay: Starting at $15 per hour (competitive pay based on experience)
We are seeking a dependable and motivated Lawn Maintenance Technician to join our team. This is a full-time position offering opportunities for advancement and performance-based bonuses.
Responsibilities:
Perform lawn care and landscape maintenance, including mowing, trimming, and cleanup
Operate and maintain landscaping equipment safely and efficiently
Program and troubleshoot equipment as needed (basic tech knowledge required)
Follow instructions and complete tasks independently with integrity and attention to detail
Qualifications:
Valid driver’s license required
Basic technology skills for programming certain equipment
Ability to perform physical, hands-on work in varying outdoor conditions
Reliable, self-motivated, and able to work autonomously
