Inside Sales Representative

Located in Greenville, TX

Salary: $15/hr- $17/hr

Express Employment Professionals is seeking applicants for a Inside Sales Representative position for a local Greenville, Tx company! We are a full-service Staffing Firm where we work with companies in East Texas that have full-time, part-time and temporary. Since we cannot guarantee placement, there is no fee for using our services!

In this role, you will:

• Accurately enter customer orders into the company’s system
• Verify order details, including pricing, quantities, and product availability
• Communicate with customers regarding order status, delivery timelines, and updates
• Maintain and update client records to ensure accuracy and completeness
• Provide professional customer service via phone, email, and in-person communication
• Collaborate with operations, warehouse, and production teams to ensure accurate order fulfillment
• Communicate any discrepancies, delays, or approval needs to appropriate team members
• Respond promptly to internal requests to help maintain workflow efficiency

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy, especially with data entry
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
• Professional, friendly, and customer-focused demeanor
• Proficiency with computers, including MS Office and CRM/order-entry systems
• Ability to follow processes, stay organized, and work independently with minimal supervision
• Problem-solving skills and initiative on administrative tasks

Preferred qualifications include:

• Previous experience in inside sales, customer service, or administrative roles
• Experience with order processing or in a sales/production-driven environment
• Background in lumber, building materials, or EWP (Engineered Wood Products)
• Familiarity with wood products, structural components, or construction materials
• Experience in manufacturing, distribution, or service-based industries
