Job Title: Data Entry / Customer Service Clerk
Location: Glendale, CA
Pay: $20/hr
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM

About the Role:
A busy travel agency is looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Data Entry / Customer Service Clerk to support daily office operations. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys helping customers, staying organized, and keeping information accurate and up to date.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Enter customer information, reservations, and travel details into company systems with accuracy
  • Assist customers by phone and email with inquiries, updates, and general support
  • Review documents for completeness and accuracy
  • Process payments, confirmations, and itinerary updates
  • Support agents with administrative tasks as needed
  • Maintain organized files and records
  • Provide friendly, professional customer service at all times

Qualifications:

  • Previous data entry or customer service experience preferred
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced office environment
  • Solid communication skills (phone and email)
  • Basic computer proficiency (typing, data entry, Microsoft Office, etc.)
  • Reliable, punctual, and able to multitask
