Job Summary:The Machine Operator is responsible for operating and monitoring machinery in a manufacturing or production environment to ensure products are made efficiently and meet quality standards.
Responsibilities:
Set up and operate production machinery according to instructions
Monitor machines for proper operation and product quality
Perform routine maintenance, cleaning, and minor adjustments
Inspect finished products for defects and report issues
Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work area
Qualifications:
Basic mechanical aptitude and ability to follow instructions
Attention to detail and ability to perform repetitive tasks
Physical ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs
High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Work Environment:
Manufacturing or production facility
Exposure to noise, moving machinery, and industrial equipment
