Schedule: Monday – Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Position Overview

The Front Office Recruiter plays a key role in our daily operations by recruiting, screening, and coordinating candidates for general labor and light industrial positions. This is a fast-paced, front-facing role ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, multitasking, and helping others succeed.

Key Responsibilities

• Recruit applicants through online job postings and incoming applications

• Conduct brief screening interviews by phone and/or in person

• Schedule and coordinate internal interviews and appointments

• Dispatch employees to general labor and entry-level positions

• Maintain accurate applicant and assignment records

• Provide a positive, professional experience for candidates and employees

• Support front office operations and assist with daily workflow as needed

Qualifications & Skills

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, people-driven environment

• Organized and detail-oriented with strong scheduling abilities

• Ability to multitask and prioritize competing demands

• Customer service, administrative, or recruiting experience is a plus

• Proficiency with phones, email, and basic computer systems
