Responsibilities

Our custodial team plays a vital role in keeping facilities clean, safe, and comfortable. Daily responsibilities include: 

• Clean and sanitize restrooms, showers, and common areas
• Sweep, mop, vacuum, and maintain floors and carpets
• Empty trash and maintain waste receptacles
• Clean windows, furniture, fixtures, and building surfaces
• Prepare vacant rooms and apartments for new occupants
• Move furniture and appliances as needed
• Assist with special cleaning projects and event setups
• Remove snow and debris from designated walkways
• Report damaged or missing equipment and furnishing

Qualifications

• Previous custodial, janitorial, housekeeping, or cleaning experience preferred
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
