The Staff Accountant supports daily accounting operations and serves as a reliable execution partner within the accounting team. This role is ideal for a developing professional ready to take ownership of recurring processes and deadlines.

Key Responsibilities

Assist with transactional accounting and data entry

General ledger maintenance

Manage 20 to 40 daily emails with close-out

Customer-facing with A/R management
Accounts receivable support and follow-ups 
Reconciliations and close-out
Accrual-based accounting knowledge
ERP system usage and adaptability (iFlex)

Work independently with minimal oversight at times

Explain financial concepts clearly to non-financial stakeholders

Must-Have Qualifications

3–5 years accounting experience 
Accounts Receivable and invoicing experience 
QuickBooks Online advanced skills
Onsite availability – San Antonio office

Nice-to-Have Qualifications

Small business experience  (Retail-Installation industry a plus)
Multi-state exposure

International customer exposure 

System implementation experience

Bi-lingual 

Work schedule: Mon - Fri 8-5 pm or 9-6p.m.
