Position Overview
We’re looking for a driven, organized, and solutions‑oriented Project Manager to lead project teams, keep operations running smoothly, and deliver high‑quality results on time and within budget. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast‑paced environment, enjoys problem‑solving, and brings strong leadership and communication skills to every project.

You’ll play a key role in planning, coordinating, and executing construction projects while serving as a trusted partner to upper management, field teams, and clients.

Key Responsibilities
Champion project needs and advocate for additional funding when required

Develop, adjust, and maintain project schedules to meet deadlines

Make informed decisions and delegate tasks effectively

Oversee quality control to ensure all work meets company and industry standards

Monitor project budgets and maintain cost efficiency

Communicate clearly and consistently with upper management

Qualifications & Requirements
Ability to define project goals, timelines, and budget objectives

Strong resource coordination and management skills

Experience developing both short‑ and long‑term project plans

Ability to read and accurately interpret blueprints

Proven experience managing contracts with vendors and subcontractors

Proficiency with relevant project management and construction software

Highly motivated, detail‑oriented, and capable of working across multiple disciplines

Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work independently and collaboratively

Excellent verbal and written communication skills with owners, superintendents, and office staff

Strong business judgment and the ability to prepare clear reports

Minimum 5 years of experience as a construction project manager (recommended)

Education & Licensing
Bachelor’s degree in construction, engineering, or a related field

OR a minimum of 8 years of relevant experience

Valid driver’s license

OSHA 30 Safety Training (required)

Construction Quality Control training (preferred)
