Position Summary

This role is responsible for providing technical support to all functional areas in Human Resources while assisting with day-to-day application administration (UKG Pro & UKG WFM).

Essential Functions

Performs data analysis, auditing, and testing to ensure accuracy and data integrity within modules which include but are not limited to HR, Payroll, Timekeeping, Benefits, Recruiting & Onboarding

Assists with end-user consultation to determine current and future HRIS requirements

Partners with internal stakeholders and external vendors to troubleshoot issues, implement enhancements, and optimize functionality to support the changing needs of the organization

Generate ad-hoc reports and analysis to support department initiatives

Education, Experience and Skills Required:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, Information Systems or related field; or equivalent combination of education and experience

Minimum 3 years of experience in Human Resources; emphasis on HRIS administration & reporting preferred

Exposure to large-scale HRIS platforms (UKG, ADP, Ceridian, etc.) strongly preferred

Advanced proficiency in MS Excel, working with large sets of data from multiple sources
