Location: Fairfield, CA

Pay rate: $24.00 to $26.00/hr.

The Production Clerk supports manufacturing and warehouse operations by managing production documentation, coordinating inventory and supply activities, and assisting production supervisors to ensure efficient production flow. This role requires strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to communicate effectively across departments.

 

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain accurate production records, including daily production outputs, material usage, and work orders.

• Track inventory levels of raw materials and finished goods; coordinate ordering and restocking as needed.

• Enter production data into internal systems and prepare reports for supervisors.

• Communicate with production teams, warehouse personnel, and logistics to support timely workflow.

• Assist with scheduling production activities and adjusting plans based on priorities or delays.

• Ensure compliance with safety policies and production standards in all documentation and communications.

• Help coordinate with quality control to ensure products meet company and customer standards.

• Experience in SAP or WMS preferred

 

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED required; associate degree or technical training is a plus.

• 1+ years of relevant experience in manufacturing, production support, or inventory/warehouse coordination preferred.

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook) and experience with inventory/production systems.

• Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
