We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Maintenance Technician to join our team! This is a Direct Hire opportunity! The successful candidate will be responsible for troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining machinery. This role requires a hands-on approach, attention to detail, and the ability to work in various conditions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Troubleshooting and Repair:

  • Diagnose and repair mechanical issues on machines.
  • Inspect damaged machine parts and mark defective areas or advise supervisors on required repairs.
  • Reassemble machines after repair or maintenance work is completed.

• Machine Maintenance:

  • Perform regular maintenance on machines to ensure optimal operation.
  • Start machines and observe mechanical operation to determine efficiency and detect potential problems.

• Operational Efficiency:

  • Monitor machinery performance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Ensure all repairs and maintenance tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.

Requirements:

• Technical Skills:

  • Proven experience in troubleshooting and repairing machinery.
  • Ability to reassemble machines and perform maintenance work.

• Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to lift heavy objects and equipment.
  • Physical stamina to stand, walk, and perform manual labor for extended periods.
  • Ability to work in various weather conditions and temperature extremes.
  • Tolerance for exposure to dust and noise.

• Other:

  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Good communication skills to advise supervisors and collaborate with team members.

Pay is $25-$30 DOE
