Position Details:

• Type: Evaluation Hire
• Schedule: 2nd Shift | Saturday–Wednesday | 12:30 PM – 9:00 PM
• Location: North Omaha, NE
• Pay/Salary: $18.00/hr
• Openings: 2 Positions Available

Job Duties:

• Prepare, bake, and finish a variety of baked goods following standardized recipes
• Measure and mix ingredients accurately to ensure consistent quality
• Operate commercial baking equipment safely and efficiently
• Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines at all times
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Monitor baking times and temperatures to ensure product quality
• Assist with inventory, prep, and stocking as needed
• Other duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Previous baking experience required (commercial or production baking preferred)
• Ability to accurately follow recipes and production schedules
• Knowledge of basic baking techniques and food safety standards
• Ability to stand for long periods and work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail and time-management skills
• Reliable attendance for scheduled shift (Saturday–Wednesday)
