Job Title: Electrical Testing Technician (must have electrical experience to apply)
Location: Monroe, NC
Pay: Starts at $27/hour
We’re hiring Electrical Test Technicians to help ensure products meet strict quality and safety standards before they leave the production floor. This is a hands-on role that requires strong electrical knowledge and attention to detail.
What You’ll Do:
Test and inspect units from the production line to make sure they meet requirements
Perform electrical testing, review graphs, and identify potential issues
Document problems (NCRs), submit them to supervisors/production, and retest units after corrections
Complete daily paperwork using testing software
Handle on average 10 units per day, with higher volume at month-end
Finish up any leftover work from the prior day
What We’re Looking For:
Hands-on electrical experience (electrician, apprentice, or testing background)
Ability to read test results, troubleshoot, and problem-solve
Computer skills for entering data and reports
Strong attention to detail and follow-through
Schedule & Pay:
Candidate must be flexible between 1st and 2nd shift
Pay starts at $27/hr for early career experience and goes up to $33/hr for stronger electrical backgrounds
