Location: St. Ansgar, IA
Schedule: 6:00 pm - 6:30 am, Four days on, four days off

Express Employment Professionals is hiring a Warehouse Coordinator for a well-established food manufacturing facility in St. Ansgar, IA. This role is critical to ensuring finished goods and ingredients are properly handled, inspected, documented, and shipped while maintaining strict food safety and quality standards.

 

What You’ll Do:

  • Load, unload, and move food-grade products using forklifts (forklift-heavy role)

  • Back up and stage semi-trailers for loading and unloading

  • Inspect trailers prior to loading to ensure food safety standards are met

  • Maintain accurate inventory and shipping documentation using FIFO practices

  • Coordinate daily shipping activities and keep warehouse and dock areas clean

What We’re Looking For:

  • High school diploma or GED

  • Forklift experience required

  • Ability to operate a yard tractor to move trailers

  • Strong organizational and documentation skills

  • Ability to communicate effectively with warehouse, logistics, lab, and production teams

  • Comfortable lifting up to 50 lbs (team lift for heavier items)

  • Able to work indoors and outdoors in varying temperatures

  • Comfortable working around grain dust and in industrial environments

  • Safety-minded, detail-oriented, and dependable
