Contractor Services Team Member

 

Our client. a leader in transportation management solutions, is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented individual to join their contractor services team for a temporary position at their Rockford office. This role is ideal for someone looking to gain experience in a professional setting and contribute to our team's success through the end of the summer. Key Responsibilities: 

 

• Answer incoming calls; Handle a specific call queue with repetitive and consistent inquiries. 
• Verify Caller Identity and accurately log each call in the team telephone log for record-keeping and reporting purposes. 
• Release and Issue Funds; Manage the release and issuance of funds through our proprietary system.

Qualifications:

 

• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with using computer systems and software for data entry and call logging.
• Previous experience in customer service or a call center environment is preferred.
