Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative with fence industry knowledge to support our customers, sales team, and operations. This role requires someone who understands fencing products, materials, and terminology and can confidently assist customers from inquiry to project completion.

Responsibilities:

  • Answer inbound calls, emails, and walk-in customer inquiries

  • Provide accurate information on fencing products (wood, vinyl, chain link, ornamental, gates, etc.)

  • Assist customers with quotes, orders, and scheduling

  • Review plans, measurements, and job details for accuracy

  • Coordinate with sales, installers, and warehouse teams

  • Resolve customer concerns professionally and efficiently

  • Enter and update orders, invoices, and customer information in the system

  • Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction

Requirements:

  • Prior fence industry experience or strong fencing product knowledge (required)

  • Customer service or office experience

  • Familiarity with fencing materials, styles, and installation basics

  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills

  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment

  • Basic computer skills (CRM, email, invoicing systems)

  • Reliable, detail-oriented, and professional

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience creating or reviewing fence estimates

  • Knowledge of local codes or permitting related to fencing

  • Bilingual (a plus, not required)
