Assembly Technician – Key Responsibilities
Assemble, disassemble, fabricate, clean, prep, paint, and rebuild remanufactured parts
Perform quality checks and final inspections before shipping
Rotate through production tasks and support machinists
Operate manufacturing and assembly machinery
Handle parts for processing, finishing, packaging, and shipment
Debur, polish, tap, and clean parts as needed
Complete required paperwork accurately
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
Support daily shop and business operations
Qualifications & Competencies
High School Diploma required; Associate degree or industrial training preferred
Valid driver’s license
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
Good technical, problem-solving, and mechanical skills
Ability to work independently and retain instructions
Manual dexterity for small-part assembly
Able to stand for long periods and lift up to 60 lbs
Safety-focused work ethic
