Temporary Leasing Agent (Maternity Leave Coverage) – Princeton, TX

Schedule: Tuesday–Saturday, 10:30 AM (8-hour shift)

A well-established property management team in Princeton is seeking a Temporary Leasing Agent to cover a maternity leave. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys working with people, knows how to create a welcoming leasing experience, and can keep operations running smoothly. If you’re organized, friendly, and experienced with leasing software like AppFolio, we’d love to meet you.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Show available units to prospective residents

  • Lease apartments and guide applicants through the full leasing process

  • Communicate with maintenance staff and coordinate vendor services

  • Use AppFolio for leasing, resident communication, and administrative tasks

  • Support efforts to increase occupancy rates through excellent customer service and follow-up

  • Assist with general office duties to keep the property running efficiently

Qualifications

  • Previous leasing or property management experience

  • Familiarity with AppFolio strongly preferred

  • Strong communication and customer service skills

  • Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks

  • Professional, reliable, and comfortable interacting with residents and vendors

  • Neat, professional appearance and communication style
  • Verifiable work references
