Press Operator - 1st OR 2nd Shift

Located in Woodville, WI

Salary: $18 - $20/hr DOE

Express Employment Professionals is recruiting a Press Operator for a client in Woodville, Wisconsin! As a Press Operator, this candidate is responsible for setting up rotary tooling and laminating tools, operating machinery, and performing test studies. This position requires machine operation experience and the ability to lift up to 50lbs.

1st Shift Hours: Monday - Thursday (5:00am - 3:00pm) OR Monday - Thursday (6:00am - 3:00pm) Friday (6:00am - 12:00pm) 

2nd Shift Hours: Monday - Thursday (3:00pm - 1:00am) 

Pay: $18 - $20/hr

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Set up rotary and laminating tools. 
• Operate machinery to process materials/parts to meet customer specifications.
• Document changes to existing jobs (parameters, tooling, etc.) for future production runs. 
• Perform test studies, documenting parameters, tooling, and any additional information as required, including a die stain test.
• Follow and create work instructions as required.
• Adhere to ISO9001, ISO14001, ISO 13485, and IATF 16949 standards. 
• Perform necessary preventative maintenance as directed. 
• Various duties as assigned by supervisor. 

Requirements: 

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Attention to detail. 
• Ability to lift 50lbs and stand for extended periods. 
• Good eyesight (for visual inspections). 
• Mathematical aptitude. 
• Ability to successfully utilize and interpret all measuring tools. 
• Ability to problem solve.
