SALES ASSOCIATES - DISTRIBUTION (BILINGUAL KOREAN REQUIRED)

 

Key Responsibilities

 

· Contact, manage and work closely with our distributors.

· Present, promote, and sell hair care products.

· Visit, manage, and merchandise OTC stores to expand our distribution.

· Plan, manage and achieve the annual sales budget.

· Handle customer orders.

· Conduct promotions and advertisements for our distributors, stores, and consumers.

· Present and introduce our new products to customers.

· Develop and present sales report to the Sales Manager.

· Follow senior members’ directions and instructions to achieve budget & objectives.

· Regularly contact and visit customers & stores to manage their area and increase our sales.

· Conduct in-store demonstrations and promotions following department goals.

· Track targeted budget monthly, quarterly, and semi-yearly.

· Participate in and conduct trade shows/festivals.

 

Qualifications:

Must speak English and Korean.

· Must travel on business trips two (2) times every month.

· Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for local travel.

· Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, and Excel)

· Minimum two (2) years outside sales experience.

· College degree preferred but not necessary.
