Job Summary

We are seeking experienced Truss Assemblers to join our growing production team in Paradise, PA. This role is essential to the construction of roof and floor trusses in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Candidates must have prior construction or framing experience and be comfortable using hand and power tools.

Key Responsibilities

• Assemble wood trusses according to blueprints and production specifications

• Operate hand and power tools, including hammers, nail guns, and tape measures

• Read and interpret construction drawings and measurements

• Work efficiently in a high-volume production environment

• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized workspace

• Follow all safety and quality standards

• Collaborate with team members to meet production goals

Required Qualifications

• Construction or framing experience required

• Ability to accurately measure, cut, and assemble materials

• Experience using hammers, nail guns, and measuring tools

• Must provide own hammer and tape measure

• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks

• Ability to lift and handle building materials as needed

• Reliable, punctual, and able to work scheduled shifts
