Job Responsibilities:

 

Operate industrial sewing machines and other equipment to assemble and sew varsity jackets according to specified patterns and instructions.

Ensure the highest level of precision and quality in stitching, seams, and finishing details to meet our strict manufacturing standards.

Perform tasks such as cutting fabric, attaching zippers, inserting linings, and adding embellishments with meticulous attention to detail.

Collaborate with the production team to ensure efficient workflow, timely completion of orders, and adherence to production schedules.

Maintain a clean and organized work area, following safety protocols and maintaining equipment in good working condition.

 

Qualifications:

 

Must be able to work long periods on your feet.

Must be able to bend, stoop, and lift up to 30 pounds.

Ability to produce 1-3 quality jackets in an hour.

Knowledge of standard sewing machine operations.

Capable of reading colors and understanding the differences between materials.

High attention to detail.

Minimum 1 year Sewing Machine Operator experience needed
