Job Summary

We are seeking a friendly, fashion-forward Sales Associate to join our boutique team. The ideal candidate is enthusiastic, reliable, and enjoys helping customers find pieces that fit their style and needs. This role plays a key part in delivering excellent customer service and driving sales.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly and provide exceptional, personalized customer service

• Assist customers with styling, product selection, and outfit recommendations

• Maintain knowledge of current fashion trends, products, and promotions

• Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system and handle cash and card transactions accurately

• Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing sales floor

• Assist with restocking merchandise and visual merchandising displays

• Support inventory control, tagging, and pricing of merchandise

• Meet or exceed individual and store sales goals

• Handle customer inquiries, returns, and exchanges professionally

Qualifications

• Previous retail or customer service experience preferred (fashion retail a plus)

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Passion for fashion and styling

• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

• Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented

• Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays
