Human Resources Payroll & Benefits Coordinator

Summary
Responsible for accurate and timely payroll processing and benefits administration. This role ensures compliance, confidentiality, and strong employee support while reflecting our client's Mission and Values.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Process bi-weekly payroll and maintain time and attendance records
  • Administer employee benefits, enrollments, changes, and open enrollment
  • Train employees and managers on Paycom, timekeeping, and approvals
  • Respond to payroll and benefits inquiries and resolve issues
  • Maintain HRIS data, personnel files, and required documentation
  • Assist with new hire orientation and HR reporting
  • Support audits, year-end reporting (W-2, 1095), and HR documentation updates

 

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of HR experience, including payroll and benefits
  • Associate’s degree in HR, Accounting, Finance, or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • Knowledge of payroll systems, HRIS, benefits administration, and employment regulations
  • Strong attention to detail, organization, and confidentiality
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills

 

Salary / Benefits

  • $24 - $27/hourly (Eligible for overtime)
  • Monday - Friday
  • Benefits Eligible
