A company in the city of Whittier is looking for a bilingual Pharmacy Receptionist to provide outstanding customer service and promote our medical products. The ideal candidate has customer service experience and sales experience. Pharmacy Receptionist Responsibilities:

• Assist customers in a courteous and friendly manner.
• Serve as a primary point of contact for customers, addressing inquiries and providing product information.
• Generate leads and identify sales opportunities through proactive engagement with customers.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales leads and transactions.
• Continuously strive to meet or exceed sales targets and customer satisfaction.

 

Pharmacy Receptionist Requirements:

• Excellent multitasking and attention to detail.
• Previous front desk experience and sales, preferably in a medical setting.
• Basic medical knowledge.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Enthusiasm for generating leads and driving sales.
• Experience with billing and insurance processes is a plus.
• Bilingual (English and Spanish)
