About the Role

We’re looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Payroll & HR Coordinator to join our Human Resources team. This is an excellent entry-level opportunity for someone with foundational HR experience who is eager to grow their career in payroll and human resources.

You’ll support day-to-day payroll processing and assist with core HR functions, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and a positive employee experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with processing payroll on a regular schedule (weekly/bi-weekly), ensuring accuracy and timeliness

  • Maintain employee records, including new hires, terminations, and status changes

  • Support HR functions such as onboarding, benefits administration, and employee inquiries

  • Assist with timekeeping, audits, and payroll reconciliations

  • Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable labor laws

  • Prepare reports related to payroll, benefits, and HR metrics

  • Provide general administrative support to the HR team as needed

Qualifications

  • 0–2 years of experience in Human Resources, Payroll, or a related administrative role

  • Basic understanding of payroll processes and HR practices

  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel experience preferred)

  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, Accounting, or related field preferred but not required
