We partner with growing South County businesses—including finance, construction, manufacturing, professional services, and family-owned companies—seeking experienced Office Managers to oversee daily operations and keep teams running smoothly.

What You’ll Do:

  • Manage day-to-day office operations, workflows, and administrative staff

  • Coordinate scheduling, calendars, and meetings for leadership teams

  • Oversee office supply ordering, vendor relationships, and service contracts

  • Handle invoicing, basic bookkeeping, and expense tracking

  • Maintain employee records, onboarding paperwork, and compliance documentation

  • Prepare reports, track KPIs, and support internal audits or inspections

  • Serve as the main point of contact for customers, vendors, and internal teams

What South County Employers Are Looking For:

  • 3–5+ years of office management or administrative leadership experience

  • Proficiency with office and business software, including:

    • Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams)

    • Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Calendar)

    • QuickBooks, Sage, or similar accounting software

    • CRM or scheduling systems (Jobber, ServiceTitan, Salesforce, or industry-specific tools)

  • Experience with payroll processing (ADP, Paychex, Gusto, or similar)

  • Knowledge of HR and compliance basics (I-9s, onboarding, employee files, timekeeping)

  • Strong Excel skills (tracking logs, reports, formulas, data organization)

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in fast-paced, hands-on environments

  • Professional communication skills—written, verbal, and customer-facing

  • High attention to detail, discretion, and problem-solving ability
