We are a full-service Staffing Firm where we work with companies in East Texas who have openings they are looking to fill with great talent we find for them!

Salary Range: $50,000 – $55,000 DOE

Position Overview:
The Client Success Manager is responsible for building and maintaining strong client relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction, and serving as the primary point of contact throughout the client lifecycle. This role focuses on understanding client needs, delivering solutions, and driving long-term partnerships through exceptional service and communication.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the main point of contact for assigned clients, ensuring a positive and seamless experience

• Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships through regular communication and follow-up

• Understand client goals and proactively identify opportunities to add value and improve service delivery

• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure client expectations are met or exceeded

• Address and resolve client concerns in a timely, professional manner

• Track client activity, document interactions, and maintain accurate records

• Monitor client satisfaction and retention metrics

• Support onboarding of new clients and ensure a smooth transition

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent required (Bachelor’s degree preferred)

• 2+ years of experience in client success, account management, customer service, or related field

• Strong interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building skills

• Excellent organizational and time-management abilities

• Proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office

• Problem-solving mindset with a focus on customer satisfaction
