Express is seeking a dedicated and experienced Customer Service Representative to join our logistics team in Sharon Hill, PA. The ideal candidate will have strong computer skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proven track record of handling client interactions effectively.
Handle both inbound and outbound calls with clients and customers in a professional and courteous manner
Perform accurate data entry and maintain detailed records of shipping and receiving
Track shipments and monitor routes to ensure timely delivery
Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic computer literacy
Excellent soft skills, including communication, problem-solving, and attention to detail
