A well-established local plastics manufacturing company is hiring multiple Machine Operators for 1st and 2nd shift. This is a long-term, evaluation-to-hire opportunity for dependable individuals who are looking for steady hours and stability in a manufacturing environment.
This role is ideal for candidates who are reliable, willing to learn, and comfortable working on their feet throughout the shift.
Operate production machines according to work instructions
Monitor quality and report any defects or issues
Pack and label finished parts for shipment
Maintain a clean and organized work area
Follow all safety and attendance policies
Ability to lift up to 40 lbs throughout the shift
Strong attendance and reliability
Stable, Monday–Friday schedule
Evaluation-to-hire with long-term potential
