Responsibilities and Duties:

• Install frames, doors, and hardware on new and existing buildings.
• Install specialties, i.e. bathroom hardware, partitions, fire extinguishers, wall protection, and other items in the Division 10 scope of work.
• Repair, adjust, replace, or trouble-shoot issues that are encountered daily.
• Communicate job progress with management and contractor’s superintendent.
• Operate in safe manner following all OSHA and Company safety requirements.
• Responsible for replenishing all materials necessary for the following weeks’ projects
• Being neat and organized will help maintain accuracy and quality.
• Follow through with commitments.

Requirements and Qualifications:
Effective time-management
Detail Oriented
Valid Driver’s License
Mechanically Inclined
OSHA Certification
Must be able to lift up to 70 pounds
