Duties:

• Sell property and casualty insurance policies to individuals and businesses.
• Educate clients on coverage options, policy features, and risk management solutions.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and develop new business opportunities.
• Provide ongoing customer support, including policy updates, renewals, and claims assistance.
• Ensure compliance with all state and federal insurance regulations.
• Meet sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the agency.
• Collaborate with team members to streamline processes and improve client satisfaction.

Requirements:

• Active Property & Casualty insurance license in the state of Oregon.
