We are partnering with a boutique professional services firm located in beautiful Central Oregon that is seeking a skilled Land Survey Office Technician to join their team. The firm specializes in civil engineering, surveying, and land planning, and is known for its supportive work environment, strong values, and commitment to professional growth.

We’re looking for a highly motivated, detail oriented, and teachable team member to support the Survey Manager and collaborate with both office and field teams. This role is primarily office based with occasional field work dependent on project needs. This position offers tremendous opportunity for growth and long term career advancement.

What You Get to Do!
•    Research survey and deed records
•    Perform boundary resolutions
•    Complete construction staking calculations
•    Draft topographic surveys, records of survey, partition plats, and subdivision plats
•    Prepare land use applications (subdivisions, partitions, property line adjustments)
•    Prepare easements and exhibit maps
•    Manage projects and coordinate workflow
•    Work in Civil3D and/or Carlson Survey
•    Schedule field work and assist with crew direction
•    Perform occasional field work and periodic out of town project travel

What You Will Bring…
•    Previous experience in civil engineering and/or land survey firm
•    LSIT certification preferred
•    Strong technical and communication skills
•    Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
•    Experience with Civil3D and/or Carlson Survey
•    High level of accuracy and attention to detail
•    Strong organizational and project management skills
•    A passion for professional growth and high quality work
