We are partnering with a boutique professional services firm located in beautiful Central Oregon that is seeking an experienced Survey Crew Leader to join their growing team. Our projects provide a wide variety of work with limited travel.

We’re looking for a highly motivated, hardworking, and team oriented Survey Crew Leader with strong technical skills and excellent communication abilities. This is a full time, on-site position offering an exciting career path and outstanding opportunities for growth and advancement.

What You Get to Do!
•    Operate robotic total stations, GPS, and data collectors
•    Produce neat, accurate, and professional field notes
•    Collect survey data for boundary, topographic, industrial, and construction projects
•    Review final maps for quality control
•    Continue developing professional knowledge, including boundary resolution concepts and preparation for LSIT/LS exams
•    Complete projects and special assignments as requested

What You Will Bring…
•    4+ years of relevant surveying experience
•    Current and valid Oregon Driver’s License
•    Strong technical surveying skills
•    Ability to perform surveying computations and make sound field decisions
•    Strong time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
•    Commitment to producing quality work within established timelines and budgets
•    Excellent communication and teamwork skills
