Job Responsibilities:

• Operate industrial sewing machines and other equipment to assemble and sew varsity jackets according to specified patterns and instructions.
• Ensure the highest level of precision and quality in stitching, seams, and finishing details to meet our strict manufacturing standards.
• Perform tasks such as cutting fabric, attaching zippers, inserting linings, and adding embellishments with meticulous attention to detail.
• Collaborate with the production team to ensure efficient workflow, timely completion of orders, and adherence to production schedules.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, following safety protocols and maintaining equipment in good working condition.

Qualifications:

• Must have experience with industrial sewing. 
• Must be able to work long periods on your feet. 
• Must be able to bend, stoop, and lift up to 30 pounds.
