About the Role

We’re growing a team of people who share a drive to shape the future of food packaging. As a Logistics Specialist, you’ll manage end-to-end logistics operations while helping processors and packers connect their food to people like you and me — efficiently, reliably, and with care.

This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys solving problems, building strong relationships, and continuously improving how things get done.

What You’ll Do

• Coordinate domestic and/or international shipments from origin to delivery
• Optimize routes, transportation modes, and carrier selection
• Manage relationships with carriers, freight forwarders, customs brokers, and 3PLs
• Monitor shipments, resolve issues, and prevent delays
• Analyze logistics KPIs and freight spend to drive smarter decisions
• Partner cross-functionally with procurement, manufacturing, warehousing, finance, and customer service
• Support logistics systems including TMS, WMS, and ERP platforms

What You Bring

• 3–5+ years of logistics or supply chain experience
• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, or equivalent experience
• Strong knowledge of transportation modes and freight documentation
• Experience managing third-party logistics providers
• Comfortable working in TMS/WMS/ERP systems (Microsoft Business Central is a plus)
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Self-motivated with a continuous improvement mindset
• Food packaging industry experience is a plus
